Superior Sensor Technology SP Series Differential Low Pressure Sensors
Superior Sensor Technology SP Series Differential Low-Pressure Sensors are sensor modules that come with NimbleSense™ proprietary architecture. This architecture achieves a high dynamic range for precise near-zero measurements that are required for spirometry pressure sensing devices. The SP sensors combine an advanced piezoresistive sensing element with integrated amplification, ADC, DSP, and processor intelligence. These sensors feature ±250Pa to ±40kPa programmable ranges, 16-bit resolution per range, and enhanced EMI immunity.
