Sensirion SFM3200 Digital Flow Meter
Sensirion SFM3200 Digital Flow Meter is designed to accurately measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. This SFM3200 flow meter features a fifth-generation silicon sensor chip that contains an A/D converter, digital signal processing circuitry and interface, amplifier, and an EEPROM memory. Sensirion's patented CMOSens® sensor technology improves the performance of the sensor by combining sensor elements, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip. The SFM3200 digital flow meter has bi-directional measurement mode and a flow range of up to 250 standard liters per minute (slm). This digital flow meter is ideal for use in respiratory measurements, inspiratory flow measurements, ventilation, anesthesia, and drug delivery.
