Wolfspeed / Cree CMPA5259025F MMICs are gallium nitride (GaN) High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMT) based on monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) for radar power amplifiers. The CMPA5259025F provides a 37W peak output power, a 28V operating voltage, and a frequency range of 5.2-5.9GHz. The CMPA5259025F GaN MMICs are designed specifically for high efficiency, high gain, and wide bandwidth capabilities. The device is ideal for 5.2-5.9GHz radar amplifier applications. The CMPA5259025F has a matched 50ohm and is available in a ceramic/metal flange package.
